How It All Started...
My mission is to help women of color gain control of their life and their businesses. There's something to be said when a women feels confident about where she is spiritually, emotionally and financially.
I'm Dr. Felicia Phillips, a 33-year serial entrepreneur and CEO of PPICW, a training and consulting firm specializing in supplier diversity. My commitment is to help success-driven women obtain spiritual confidence, brand awareness and position them in the marketplace. Together, we are going to build a strategic plan that will help you to align your goals with accountability and action. Our time together individually and in group will give you clarity on how to expand your brand in the marketplace, create additional revenue streams and build relationships that will last a lifetime.
In 2013, I had a vision to empower women to be influential CEOs, who I affectionally call, Moguls by creating "The Trusted Circle." The Trusted Circle was designed to help you create wealth, relationships and resources, the three pillars that transformed my business and my life.
As your Facilitator and Advisor along this journey of life, I will use my experience, resources and relationships I've built over the last 30 years to empower you to go further.

My company PPICW, Inc. is an award-winning, certified minority and women business enterprise and the 2018 Class I Supplier of the Year for The Georgia Minority Supplier Diversity Council and the 2019 Class I Regional Supplier of The Year. I am a recipient of The Joe Biden Presidential Lifetime Achievement Award.
